LED Bulbs
LED replacement bulbs for cars, tractors, trucks and agricultural machinery — headlight and main beam conversions alongside signal, indicator, fog and interior types, on 12V and 24V supplies. Most are supplied in pairs and fit the original holder without modification.
Headlight and Main Beam LED Bulbs
Headlight conversions cover H1, H3, H4, H7, H11, H15, 9005 (HB3), 9006 (HB4), 9012 (HIR2) and 880/881 fittings. They use a 1:1 halogen fit, so the bulb goes into the existing holder and connector with no adaptor. Output ranges from 1,800 lumen on low beam up to 2,500 lumen on high beam depending on type, at 6000K — a white light rather than the yellow of halogen.
CANbus LED Headlight Bulbs
Vehicles with bulb failure monitoring will often report a fault when a halogen bulb is replaced with an LED, because the LED draws far less current. The CANbus versions of the H1, H4, H7, H11 and 880/881 include the circuitry to prevent that warning, at 25W per bulb giving 2,000 lumen each on 12–24V.
Cooling and Heat Management
Heat is what kills an LED headlight bulb, and it is where cheap units fail first. These use a copper PCB inside an aluminium shell with a pure copper thermal plate — roughly sixty times the thermal conductivity of ordinary aluminium — plus a dual ball silent fan and an intelligent IC that adjusts power to suit the working temperature. In an enclosed headlamp housing on a hot engine, that is the difference between a bulb that lasts and one that dims within a season.
Signal, Indicator and Interior Bulbs
The signal range covers 1156, 1157, 3157, 7443, 7740, BA15S, BA9S, BAX9S, BAY15D, G18.5 (R10W), T10 and T15 types for indicators, brake, tail, reverse and interior lighting. Outputs run from 90 to 620 lumen on 10–30V, all EMC certified and plug and play.
Dual Filament Types
1157, 3157, 7443 and BAY15D are dual filament, giving separate outputs for the tail and brake functions from a single bulb — typically 450 lumen on the bright element and 100 lumen on the dim. Check which your vehicle uses before ordering, as a single-filament bulb in a dual-filament holder will light but will not give the two-stage function.
Festoon Bulbs
T11 festoon bulbs are available in 31mm, 36mm, 39mm and 41mm lengths for interior, courtesy and number plate lighting, at 1.3W and 135 lumen each. Measure the old bulb end to end before ordering — the lengths are close enough that the wrong one will not seat.
Fog Light Bulbs
The PSX24W fog bulb is sold singly rather than in a pair, at 3W and 330 lumen on 12–24V.
Road Use and Approvals
This matters more than any specification on this page. LED bulbs in this range are EMC and CE certified for electromagnetic compatibility, but that is not the same as type approval of the light output. Across most of Europe, including Germany and Ireland, fitting an LED retrofit bulb into a headlamp designed for halogen is not permitted for road use, because the headlamp has no approval for that light source — in Germany this affects the vehicle's operating permit. Several products in this range are explicitly marked for off-road use.
These bulbs are widely and legitimately used on tractors, agricultural machinery, plant, private land and off-road vehicles. If the vehicle is used on public roads, check what applies in your country before fitting, particularly for headlamp positions.
Choosing the Right LED Bulb
- Read the type off the old bulb — H7, 1156, T10 and so on are stamped on the base or glass
- Check whether your position needs a single or dual filament bulb
- Measure festoon bulbs end to end — 31, 36, 39 and 41mm all look similar
- Choose a CANbus version if your vehicle monitors bulb failure
- Confirm the voltage — 12V, 12–24V and 10–30V versions differ by type
